Enable Hidden QueryBuilder dialog in Outlook 2003
Add the following key using the registry editor:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\QueryBuilder
Navigate to View -->Arange By --> Custom.
Click on filter and you should see the following!
